No diet can be followed forever, nor can you receive the desired results from altering diet plans.
Beyond Diet is an exception! Why?
Because it is not a normal diet. In my own words I would describe it as a suggested meal plan that will guide you to choose healthier options to eat in the future!
It takes no genius to know that water is better for you but compare the labels to see how much more sodium and carbs are included.
Step 1 for incorporating this diet into your life is to replace all soft drinks with water.
Organic meat Vs. Fast Food:
People consume fast food because it is common and cheap. As you are eating that delicious cheeseburger from McDonalds are you thinking about how many calories, how much fat and sodium are included in your meal? It would be healthier to replace it with organic meat.
The calories are almost doubled; the saturated fat is doubled; the sodium in the cheeseburger is over 10x the amount of milligrams in the organic meat. It is evident now that fast food meats should be replaced by non- processed organic meat.
Step 2: Replace Processed food with organic food
Vegetables are already healthy!
One of the easiest ways to incorporate the gist of beyond diet into your lifestyle is to replace vegetables with organic vegetables. Yes vegetables are already healthier but they are still not as pure as organic vegetables. Organic vegetables add an extra flavor to any dish you prepare and if eaten alone, can cure any craving for sweets and sugar. You can find fresh organic vegetables at your local food market.
Price should never be an issue:
According to Stepfanie Romine, Daily Spark Ediotr and certified yoga teacher, for twenty dollars, you can buy " four whopper combo meals at burger king or a more healthy choice of one box of Meatless Burgers, one pound of 96% lean ground beef, sixteen ounces of cashews, one pound of strawberries, ten pounds of potatoes, one gallon of 100% orange juice, one pound of mixed vegetables, one bunch of broccoli, and one pound of dried pinto beans" (http://www.dailyspark.com/blog.asp?post=what_20_will_buy_at_the_drivethru_and_at_the_supermarket)
